74bet46 is required by regulation to verify the identity of its users before processing withdrawals and certain high-value transactions. This process — known as KYC — protects both the User and the integrity of the platform.
The User has up to 30 days from the KYC request to submit the complete documentation. During this period, bets may continue to be placed normally, but withdrawals will be held until verification is complete. 74bet46 is committed to processing submitted documents within 48 business hours of receiving the full submission.
All deposits on 74bet46 are made exclusively in Brazilian reais (R$). No other currency is accepted. The platform charges no fees on deposits — the full deposited amount is credited directly to the User's balance.
The minimum deposit is R$ 20.00 per transaction. There is no standard maximum limit for Pix deposits, but 74bet46 reserves the right to apply additional limits based on risk analysis and the User's profile. Users with completed KYC have access to higher limits.
Users may only deposit using payment methods in their own name. Deposits made by third parties — whether via Pix, card, or any other method — will be blocked and the funds returned to the original sender. 74bet46 reserves the right to close accounts that repeatedly use third-party payments.
74bet46 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and transparently. Withdrawals are made exclusively via Pix to the key registered on the User's account — which must be in the account holder's name.
Pix withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for accounts with completed KYC. For unverified accounts, processing may take up to 24 hours. 74bet46 charges no fees on withdrawals — the full requested amount is credited to the User's account. Withdrawals made during peak hours may take up to 30 minutes without constituting a delay.
The minimum withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. The maximum withdrawal limit varies according to the User's profile and transaction history. High-value withdrawals may be subject to additional compliance review before processing.
Source of Funds Rule: The balance available for withdrawal must originate from the User's own deposits and legitimate betting or gaming winnings. 74bet46 may withhold withdrawals for investigation in cases of suspected money laundering, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
74bet46 offers pre-match and live betting on more than 30 sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores), volleyball, basketball (NBB), MMA/UFC, and much more. Bets are governed by the sport-specific rules published on the platform.
A cancelled, suspended, or incomplete event (within the regulation time) results in the cancellation of all related bets, with the full amount credited back to the User's balance. For combination bets, the voided selection is removed from the slip and the remaining selections stay valid — with odds recalculated without the cancelled selection.
In Live Betting, markets may be temporarily suspended during key moments in a match (goal, red card, penalty). Bets placed immediately before a significant event may be voided if there is a time difference between the occurrence and its registration on the platform. 74bet46 uses best efforts to ensure the integrity of live markets but accepts no liability for odds fluctuations caused by broadcast delays.

It is strictly prohibited to create multiple accounts, use third-party details, or employ any unauthorized method to fraudulently obtain bonuses. If such practices are detected, all bonuses will be immediately cancelled, the account will be blocked, and the balance may be withheld.

Users may request account closure at any time through 74bet46 support. Prior to closure, the available balance (excluding any bonus funds with a pending rollover) will be returned via Pix to the registered key. The closure process may take up to 5 business days after verification of the balance and any pending bets.
74bet46 reserves the right to close, suspend, or restrict an account without prior notice in cases of: violation of these Terms, suspected fraud or money laundering, unauthorized use of third-party payment methods, or by judicial or regulatory order. In cases of closure due to a violation, funds may be withheld pending the conclusion of the investigation.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical infrastructure failures, or force majeure — circumstances for which 74bet46 cannot be held liable for any resulting losses.
74bet46 is not liable for financial losses resulting from betting decisions made by the User, odds fluctuations, or the outcomes of sporting events and games. The User acknowledges that betting involves financial risk and that part or all of the deposited amount may be lost.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from the use of the 74bet46 platform or the interpretation of these Terms shall be submitted to the courts of the district of São Paulo, State of São Paulo, to the exclusion of any other jurisdiction, however privileged it may be.
74bet46 and the User agree to seek, in good faith, an amicable resolution to any dispute before resorting to legal proceedings.
